FAQ
We don't sell cars (or parts for this matter) and don't limit you to our own inventory. What we do is give you access to thousands and thousands of vehicles in any condition all over the USA. Please visit our Auctions page to discover some of the possibilities.
Attention, we are not engaged in retail sales and deliveries. For all retail inquiries we strongly recommended to contact auto parts providers in your area. At US Global Motors we are engaged only in wholesale deliveries for businesses operating within the automotive industry.
We deliberately do not publish prices for dismantling, as the cost can vary significantly depending on your requirements and volumes. We are always ready to discuss the best option and choose the most suitable strategy for you. Please contact us for a comprehensive estimate.
Just heads-up, if you're just looking for the cheapest option on the market, then you may have come to the wrong place. We specialize in high-quality work, we use only high-quality materials, work with professional tools and hire qualified employees, whom we constantly continue to train. Our prices are not the lowest on the market, but they allow us to ensure the real quality of the goods received and prevent losses.
Auctions are not responsible for the condition of the vehicles sold. All sales are on an "AS IS" basis. We strongly recommend that you read through the auction rules before bidding (available in various languages) to avoid losses and misunderstandings. A separate clause stipulates that the auctions are not responsible for the keys, even if the keys were present when the car arrived at the auction and on the photographs of the lot. The same goes for other potential hidden and unforeseen damage. A car that was listed as running at auction may in fact have a knocking engine or even a seized engine! It is important to understand and consider such risks when calculating the maximum bid. Think of it as a price for direct access to the primary source of insurance equipment.
When transporting equipment from the auction, it is also possible to receive several additional damages. All such situations are quite rare and are carefully investigated by us individually in each case. Nevertheless, it is necessary to understand and consider that it is often not possible to file a complaint and recover compensation from the carrier.
Our responsibility begins from the moment lots arrives at our site. Here we carry out receiving procedures (photo and video report), seal the cars and provide safe storage in a closed area with round-the-clock video surveillance.
Everything will depend on how quickly you buy, make all the necessary payments, and send us all completed order forms for dismantling. In the absence of delays with the above, the average speed of shipment from us is typically around 10-14 days.
In most cases, all payments are made by bank wire transfer to an auction account or to our company. Attention, when sending an expedited (same day) wire transfer from our account to the auction, a bank commission in the amount of 37 dollars is charged for the transfer. (We recommend making bulk wires to the auction account or, if possible, paying for several lots at once to minimize commission costs).
Of course, we have a standard contract for our services, which we can edit taking into account the specifics of your shipment. We guarantee the fulfillment of obligations on our part, which is confirmed by our immaculate work record since 2010 and our regular customers in many countries. We will be happy to provide recommendations in your area.
While we do our best to protect the goods in transit, the nature of the transportation allows for a small number of minor damages to the container. We strongly recommend that you insure your goods. Attention, cargo insurance is not included in the cost of transportation by default. The cost of insurance is usually 2-3%.
We specialize in high-quality dismantling and for this we hire and train experienced mechanics who are paid a decent salary. However, in working with salvage insurance cars, there may be production situations when one or another spare part is damaged during the dismantling process. We carefully monitor the work of our mechanics and try to minimize any damage. If we would need to cut something or in case of unintentional break, we will contact you and discuss the situation with you in real time. In the event of damage beyond the permissible limits, we are ready to compensate the goods based on the purchase price of the car (but not on the retail price of the affected part).
Catalytic converters that were on the car at the time of arrival to our yard, we ALWAYS ship. No exceptions.
We do not take money for storing equipment before shipping, given that you yourself are motivated to receive your goods as soon as possible, and not to freeze funds for a long time. Exceptions are cars stored for a period of more than six months and equipment subject to removal to third-party companies at the request of the client. In such cases, we will work with you on an individual basis to minimize costs but will be required to charge you for downtime and services.
We can order a standard or individual inspection at any auction, as well as perform simple or complex diagnostics (including computer diagnostics) by a professional auto mechanic upon arrival of the car to our yard. Please contact us to discuss everything in detail. We can also order additional spare parts for you to our address and send them along with the car, if you choose the necessary spare parts on the Internet yourself.
We do not charge any additional commissions for participating or winning at the auction! You only pay for our services: disassembly, loading and shipping. No "cheats" or "add-ons". Always transparent and honest job!
