If you are tired of receiving low-quality goods, if you do not receive catalytic converters or other valuable parts, if your supplier just dumps parts in the container, contact us and you will see the difference: we are professionals.
We specialize in high-quality dismantling of modern cars in premium and executive classes, but we can also carry out economy orders.
Dismantling types
Halfcut
The simplest disassembly type
The front part of the car with dashboard is sawed off in the opening of the front doors.
- 14-15 halfcuts per container*
- Simple and fast
- Economical
- Possible customs restrictions on import
*Approximate calculation for a 40-foot container
The cheapest way to obtain spare parts, but, unfortunately, not acceptable for import in many countries.
A standard 40-foot sea container is usually loaded with 14-15 halfcuts with the body parts and rear suspension elements.
Nosecut (front part)
A transitional option between halfcut and full dismantling.
Nosecut is a fully sawn-off front part of the car body.
- 16-18 and more carkits per container*
- Usually used for inexpensive cars in combination with partial disassembly
- Economical
- Possible customs restrictions on import
*Approximate calculation for a 40-foot container
It is possible to cut off the body directly in front of the engine shield and send the engine units assembled with a sawed part. Usually used for inexpensive cars and allows loading of 16-18 and more carkits per container. As with halfcats, additional customs restrictions on import may apply.
Full dismantling
The most detailed car disassembly for spare parts
- 14-18 and more carkits per container*
- High-quality removal and preservation of wiring
- Gentle removal of seat covers
- Cutting out of glass and body elements
- High-quality packing
*Approximate calculation for a 40-foot container
By request, we completely remove all components from body parts to small blocks and electronics.
Additionally, we can carry out quality removal and preservation of wiring, seat covers, glass cutting and body elements. All parts are carefully packed and prepared for shipment
At all stages of container formation, we promptly inform customers about all key steps:
We keep you fully updated from the moment of winning a lot at the auction. We make a detailed photo report of cars as they are received by the carrier, of the arrival to our site, where we can also perform detailed diagnostics, and up to the disassembly and loading.
We are proud of our packing quality and protection of goods for transportation. More examples of our services can be found in Gallery section
Examples of packing and loading types:
1. Halfcut and nosecut loading
- Fast loading
- Less packing materials
- Risk of additional damage during transportation
Cut and dismantled cars are placed one on top of each other using cushion materials for protection.
Parts are carefully packed and loaded into the spare space of container.
2. Loading in bulk
- Full dismantling, maximum container filling
- Risk of additional damage during transportation
Basic loading, suitable for less demanding customers interested in maximum container filling, but who are ready for possible reasonable damages during transportation.
3. "Cube" or "carkits" loading
- Our branded packing!
- Maximum parts safety
- Ease unloading and sorting
US Global Motors has set new quality standards for the industry by innovating this type of packing and we are the best at it!
CARKIT is an industry term recognized by professionals throughout used automotive parts trade and refers to a lot of all reusable auto parts removed (salvaged) from a particular vehicle (typically damaged in an accident) after such vehicle’s dismantling. Could be used as a unit of trade, example ‘We need to order three carkits from BMW 5 series 2008-2009’.
